Had a draft pint at Waikīkī Brewing Company on 5/27/24.
L- Pours a clear amber color with a fluffy white head.
S - Smells of tropical fruit and pine.
T - Tastes fruity with a nice bitterness.
F - Medium body and carbonation.
O - Nice easy drinking West Cost IPA.

This amber IPA is sessionable. It is a basic IPA with more malt to add a little caramelization. It is smooth and easy to drink, the best beer we tried here. Come to this brewery (the one in Maui) for the location more than the beer.

Pours a clear amber color with about a centimeter of head that collapses to a skin across the surface. Smell is light grain, deep resin / wood bitterness.
Taste is similar, though a bit nutty.
Mouthfeel is medium, leaning toward thick. Overall, not a bad beer.

Poured a crystal clear copper with a nice white head that quickly faded to thin little whisps leaving a nice lacing on the glass with each sip.
The aroma was primarily sweet malt with hints of raisin and a touch of caramel tones. Mainly malty and sweet.
Taste was a big blast of hoppy bitterness. Earthy and piney with little sweetness. It lacked the complexity I’d like to find in an IPA.
Mouthfeel was pleasant. Not overly carbonated but could for sure feel it and had some body to it.
Overall not much there. Lots of bitterness but lacking in the complexity and flavor profile I would expect.

On draft at the Waikiki location. part of a flight of four. Enjoyable brew. Heady scent of hops in this one, overall, really easy to drink, like all Waikiki Brews.

Draft at Yardhouse. Old school IPA with bitter hops and strong malts.
