poured from the can chilled in a tulip
the color is a light hazed golden amber with 3 fingers of white foam that settles to a ring of beads
the smell has a phenolic quality with a mild yeast scent that is fruity but faintly spiced aroma with herbal hop odor
the feel and flavor are dry with low malt taste and primarily yeast flavored with belgian phenolic semi-spiced with hops and cracker like malt base. The slightly pear-like yeast is enouable with a mild hop spiciness in the back.
This is a solid saison with a lighter body snd mostly dry texture yet moderately high carbonation gives a drinkable aspect with a pleasing yeast that is both spice-like and has some mild fruit presence that lingers after the swallow. I like how there are some floral scents that bring you back and it is more expressive as it warms with the phenolics present on first sniff fading in yo a more hop/yeast combination

12oz bottle into a snifter appears clear golden with white cap.
Aroma of apple, pear, clove, banana and pink bubblegum.
Taste is peppery then clove/allspice, apple skins and pear. Mildly fruity with a pleasant grain accent.
Light in body with ample carbonation. Pretty decent.
