100% PA ingredients, PA Preferred Beer. Brewed Concolor fir tips from Powell's Valley Farm Brewery and malt from Deer Creek Malthouse and fermented with a flavorful Norwegian farm house kviek yeast.

Had this on 2019-09-30 near Pittsburgh, PA from a 32oz crowler filled on 2019-09-27

A - Pretty hazy amber-orange with a 1-finger white head and decent lace

S - Apricot, biscuit, floral. Sweet and inviting.

T - Brown bread with apricot jam with a hint of sour-tartness. Restrained pine. Floral spice. Mild and pleasant bitterness in the finish (20 IBU).

M - Medium body and carbonation.

O - A very satisfying beer. The flavor and feel really work for me. Would have this again. This may be the first beer I've had that was fermented with Kviek yeast.
