Lupulin Javatized Coffee Stout, 6% ABV. Pours black with a nice 3-finger brown head that left lots of foamy lacing. Nose is chocolate and coffee, flavor follows, slightly sweet, slightly bitter. Excellent mouthfeel, overall excellent.

16 fl oz pull-tab can. $2.99 USD plus tax at a beer store in New Orleans, LA.
"Coffee stout." 20 IBUs. 6% ABV. 30 SRM. Brewed with coffee from Paradise Coffee Roasters.
A well balanced coffee stout with a coffee flavour that really stands out (roasty, java-forward) and a nice dark malt sweetness married to specialty chocolate malts and carafa that just naturally coalesces and harmonizes.
It's very nice, but it's worth nothing Founder's Breakfast Stout is $8.99 USD/4 pack in the same market I bought this $2.99 USD/16 fl oz can in, and the former trounces the latter in terms of quality and drinkability.

Canned on 12/9/19
Pours a glossy black body with deep crimson/brownish highlights and topped with a cascading multiple fingers of dark khaki head; good retention reduces steadily to a chunky, bubbly cap, light collar, and an evenly distributed, thin, soapy lacing spattered around the glass.
Aroma is defined with a flowing coffee note detailed with roasty cocoa and an easy, balanced sweetness; fresh tobacco ash and chocolate come through intermittently over time, as do fleeting wisps of bright raspberry.
Taste offers balanced, roasty coffee in an expectedly dominant position, with deepening touches of dark chocolate and a spotty vanilin creaminess; ashy tobacco defines the roast further along the palate.
Mouthfeel features a tight, roasty light-medium body with a soft, mild carbonation while a slick undercurrent fills the mouth steadily; a creamy, charry bitterness really comes to prominence on the back end of the palate, though remains evenly tempered through the swallow.
Undoubtedly balanced in presentation while remaining light on the palate, this one shines brightest in its direct, level expression of coffee, and stands as an overall sturdy coffee stout offering.

Solid blackness, under a rich, full brown head. Quite enticing.
In the nose: Earthy, malty, coffee. Bits of cocoa below.
In the mouth: Smooth and delicious. Coffee flavor strong on the top, dark malts hold down the fort on the bottom. Nice blast of hop bitterness at the start. Full bodied. Full flavored. Full everything. Flat out delicious.
Lupulin, you've done it again.

16oz can. Poured out an opaque, jet-black color with a small, light brown head of foam. It smelled strongly of coffee, chocolate and roasted malt. It tasted of rich, roasted coffee with chocolate and toffee.

Appearance: Pours espresso colored with a nice bubble show; the creamy tan head persists nicely and leaves webs of lacing behind
Smell: Coffee and chocolate intermingle
Taste: Chocolate forward with flavors akin to a Tootsie Roll; through the middle, the black coffee flavor emerges but, after the swallow, the sweetness of the chocolate merges with the coffee to bring a blend to the finish
Mouthfeel: Medium body with moderate carbonation
Overall: For a 6% ABV coffee stout, this beer presents a nice flavor
Thanks, devoured by vermin, for the opportunity

16oz can into snifter, pours dark and with no lasting head. Aroma is awesome hints of chocolate and coffee. Taste is not very established, not sure what it wants to be. Finish is a bit thin for a coffee stout. I'll try again. This would be a good barrel aged candidate, letting it gather more complexities,

16 oz can, 8/15/19
Deep dark black with brown edging, creamy grey head.
Straight coffee. Wonderful nose. Background of ash and dark chocolates.
Flavor is coffee-forward, has a good dose of milk chocolate almond and some dark chocolate too. Cocoa. Minimal ash.
Creamy body, moderate carbonation, nice roastiness. Not a lot of dryness.
Overall really great coffee stout, and an superb execution of the style.

16 ounce can, date on the bottom is smudged so I can only tell it was canned sometime in 2019. Thanks once again to Brutaltruth and Darlene for another brew! Served in a Spiegelau Stout glass, the beer pours dark brown/black with about an inch tan head that didn't stay around for very long. There's a small amount of lacing. I like the aroma, it smells like coffee, bittersweet chocolate and burnt/charred malt. Taste is pretty much just like the aroma, with coffee, milk and bittersweet chocolate, and burnt/charred malt flavors. Mouthfeel/body is medium, it's smooth and a bit coating with a moderate amount of carbonation. I thought this was a good enjoyable straight forward coffee stout, wouldn't mind having one of these again in the future!

With a softly uniform tan head that dies to nothing, the body left all to its lonesome looks like a glass full of pureed candy bar: a muddy chocolate milk tannish-brown that's fully opaque.
This exhibits all kinds of dusty coffee grounds and bitter cocoa in the medium-light body, while sometimes delivering nutty toast, coming to a cleanly dry finish.
