Glad to have a beer that hows how successful these guys have been - it's hard to have a business for that long in this day and age! They haven't done a ton of saisons, but they are branching out to more European-style beers, so I'm hoping they continue down this road. This one tasted alternately like a hazy IPA and a peppery saison, so it's basically a hybrid of both varieties. I didn't catch the ABV of this but I'd guess something around 5.5%. Another good beer from this brewery.
