Notes: 5.4% ABV. 27 IBUs. Cloudy golden orange body beneath a creamy white head. Average retention, good lacing. The aroma is floral and spicy. The flavor displays gently sweet wheat, spiciness, some gentle phenolics that include plastic, banana, and clove, and apple and peach. Medium bodied with a median, fine-bubbled, seemingly natural carbonation. Superbly balanced and rounded. Really refined. Superbly drinkable.

Looks great. Classical farmhouse look, feel and smell. Taste like a Belgium white/ale. Some straw in there. Biscuits are presents. Not too dry. Great saison!
