Named after Ravenna, the "City of Mosaic" in Italy, this beer starts as a Golden Ale base brewed with lactose. It is naturally soured in the brew kettle with lactobacillus cultures, then fermented with raspberry and cherry puree for a refreshing, tart, and semi-sweet finish.
