Single hopped with our favorite new experimental strain, Strata® courtesy of Crosby Hop Farms. The aroma is plenty resinous with loads of stone fruit. A balanced crisp malt profile means you can crush Strataphonic a few rounds.

L: A hazy apricot brew with two finger of white froth, settling slowly to a full lasting cap and high-climbing ring of very dense “cream”. Great retention and some sticky lacing.
S: Soft and muted white grapefruit aroma. Clean.
T: Creamy, pine, lemon pith, and a touch of grapefruit.
F: Both juicy and smooth and creamy. Wonderful mouthfeel with a envious balance of body, mouthfeel, and carbonation.
O: While the taste and smell were a bit simple and muted, the execution of the other elements were top notch and elevated the experience.

16oz can served in a Flat Stick Pub can shaped glass. Dated 07/13/20. Bought it on Tavour.
Pours a hazy pale yellow with a medium-large head and medium-high carbonation. Smell is super juicy, very bright citrus. Lots of lemon.
Taste is juicy and bitter, a little bit of a creaminess to it, bitterness I think comes across as lemon rind or pith, maybe some pine.
Mouthfeel is light, almost fluffy. Overall, really nice beer.
