Pours a clear pale gold with a finger of foamy head that dissipates to a thin ring with some lacing. Faint citrus and pine aroma. Taste follows nose.

Six pack of cans poured in to a pint glass. A pale. Gold color with a thin white head. The smell is a sweet bread aroma with a faint fruity presence. Flavor is also malt forward with a mild citrus finish. A very drinkable IPA with a good balance between malt and hops.

I got a can of this beer from my good friend and old neighbor from the 'Wego. It was overprimed....so it poured a hazy orangish with white head that left a huge bubbly head and some lace. The scent had ripe tropical citrus notes. The taste was nicely balanced and easy to drink with citrus presence. The mouthfeel was lighter in body with fizzy carbonation. Overall its a decent beer.

A: The beer is hazy yellow in color and has a moderate to high amount of visible carbonation. It poured with a finger and a half high white head that has excellent retention properties and consistently left a half finger high head covering the surface end lots of lacing down the sides of the glass.
S: Light to moderate aromas of yeast are present in the nose along with hints of citrusy hops.
T: The taste has flavors of biscuit malts with notes of citrus and hints of yeast. No bitterness is perceptible.
M: It feels light- to medium-bodied on the palate and has a moderate amount of carbonation. No crispness is perceptible.
O: This IPA doesn't do a very good job at showcasing the Citra hops. It even has less hop aromas and flavors than I would expect from an APA.

Clear, bright gold body; so-so carbonation; head is thick and fluffy, sticky in soapy globs to the sides of the glass. Nice, gentle scent of mild citrus fruits with elements of light cereal grain. Light malt base with a bold hop bitterness presence. Medium body; crisp and prickly; dry overall.
This is a fine and decent beer. One doesn't get much of any citrus qualities in the aroma or taste. Instead, one receives a rather straightforward APA/IPA offering. Nothing wrong with it, nothing to get excited about. Solid and refreshing.

Two 19oz cans picked up at Sumerian's brewery and taproom in Woodinville, Washington.
GO HAWKS 10/21/19. Poured in to a pint glass.
Look- Slightly hazy bright golden color, modest off-white head that quickly recedes, decent amount of lacing. Light carbonation streaming as it sits.
Smell- Light pithy citrus (Grapefruit, orange and lemon), light resinous pine, light bready malts, light grassy and floral notes. Everything is light.
Taste- The same. Everything is watered down and washed out
Feel- Medium/light bodied, crisp, lingering light bitterness in the finish, fairly well balanced. Moderate carbonation on the tongue.
O- The most mundane and uninspired IPA I have had in a while. The Budweiser of PNW IPAs. Basic but kind of tasty, at 5.5% it's an easy going session type, nice price at least.

Clear light golden color with orange tint. Toasted malt accompaniment to tangerine peel aroma. Moderate hop bite with citrus peel being upfront in the taste. Good finish with much hop bite.

On tap, at brewery. My go to beer after work. ABV is low so I can have a pint and be safe. Awesome citrusy aromatics give way to a crisp, hop forward but not hop bombed IPA. The finish isn't overly bitter.

This beer is sort of misnamed. For an "IPA", it's fairly mild in hoppiness, as well as ABV. On the other hand, if you're looking for a comparatively low ABV beer, this 5.5% "IPA" could be your thing.
It's maltier and somewhat less hoppy than many IPAs. It's even just ever so slightly sweet. But, hey, it's still pretty tasty. The Citra hops are definitely there, although much less prominent than in many of the more famous examples of Citra hopped IPAs. This is no Pliny the Elder.
I found this beer enjoyable, and I'd be happy to have it again, although I'm not hunting for six packs.
