22oz bottle served in a big snifter. Given to me by a friend. Don't see a date.
Pours black with a tiny fine head and a little fine carbonation. Smell is roasty malt, chocolate, a little wood and booze.
Taste is booze first, then wood, then roasty malt and chocolate, with a little tartness mixed in that is probably not supposed to be there. Maybe a bit of vanilla, too.
Mouthfeel is thick and sticky. Overall, it's OK.
