Appearance: orange in color with a 1/2" head.
Smell: very faint aroma as only some citrus is detected.
Taste: caramel, graepfruit, a bit of ripe fruitiness, some pine, and some earthy bitterness.
Mouthfeel: medium bodied. Lightly crisp to start, smoother at the finish.
Overall: an average IPA that is not too bitter at all.

I had this on draught in a bar. It was poured into a pint glass. I thought the look was very appealing: an attractive golden-copper color with a foamy, egg-white head and extensive lacing that did not dissipate through the pour. The smell was rather subdued - faintly malty with a whiff of sweet fruit. There wasn't much of a hop smell. The taste is decidedly malt-based with an almost caramel sweetness. It also features some sweet fruit - perhaps apple. At the finish, you can taste the hops but they aren't very biting or bitter. This ale is medium-bodied and nicely-carbonated. At 6.5% ABV, it goes down easily. Overall, this is no hop bomb but if you don't mind a malty IPA, this one is worth trying.

Pours cloudy amber with a 0.25" white head. Some lacing. Nice hope aroma, not to strong. Hop taste and mouthfeel are very good, especially for 6.5% ABV. Worth a try.

Got a Growler from Kelly's Growler Station. Poured into a tulip glass. L: Really deep copper color. S: Got me excited because the hop aroma was quite strong. T: However felt quite disappointed, very bitter with piney, dankness, but not much real hop flavor. Not like when I 1st had it which means this beer doesn't hold up very well. Guess it's growing pains of a new brewery. MF: Still very carbonated. O: Was left disappointed as it was no where near as good as when I 1st tried it 2 1/2 weeks ago. But it was very good super fresh.

A decent looking beer, sold with a medium head. I'm not sure I should even rate this, as something was a bit off. Think either the glass wasn't "beer clean," or a dirty line (hard to believe as they have only been open 2 weeks). Either way, in addition to the sweaty "off" smell, this was bitter with not much other aroma, and leaned towards the piney side of the spectrum.
