Lot of barley and wet hopped. Very easy to drink. Pours brown with a thin head. Aroma is slightly caramel. Taste is malty with a little hop at the end. Overall, if offered one, accept.

Pours a medium to dark brown with thick head. Piney hop aromas over caramel malt notes. I was initially put off by this not being true to style, but I think its intended as more of a "brown IPA" then a traditional American brown. Underlying sweet caramel followed by a piney bitterness on the palate. A decent fall beer and I give them credit for an interesting take on the style.

Wet hopped brown ale. Just for being unique I give Demented credit. Looks great, smells somewhat sweet, a little caramel. Tastes sweet also, but not too sweet. I get some hops lingering in the background. I do wish that he hops were just a little more prevalent, since this is touted as a wet hopped beer. Overall, this is a keeper and I'll be back for another growler before it's gone. Hope Demented brings us some uniques brews in the future.
