16oz can, date stamped "01/09/19 NEON DEION". Opaque dull orange-yellow body with a tall & creamy off-white head. Juicy & tropical aroma hinting at papaya, passion fruit, kumquat, and grapefruit. Modestly bitter with big juicy hop flavors of the above mentioned fruits. Creamy and smooth full body, slightly resinous, finishes bittersweet with a bit of tangy citrus. Great flavors and aroma with this one!

Tasted in a Spiegelau IPA glass from a one pint can on January 15, 2019. Brewed with Citra and Sabro hops. Nice thick haze, juicy fruit flavors and a smooth creamy finish.

Had on tap. Best dipa of 2019 so far! Love the sabro hops, hope to have more ipas used them in the future. Smell is full of dank hops and a luxurious bouquet of tropical and other fruit: pineapple, papaya, passion fruit, guava, mango, orange, and melon. Taste features the dank hops up front, then waves of juicy fruit, and then a finish marked by coconut and fruit sweetness, pine, and lingering acidity. Feel is pretty bright, little thin, and slightly acidic, but very smooth and refreshing

Hazy golden yellow pour with a finger of white head.
Smells of citrus, peach, general tropical notes.
Taste is great, tangerine, peach, tropical notes, a touch of dank. Initially I got a bit of strawberry but couldn't find it after it started to warm. A touch sweet but not overly so.
The feel on this one is great. Full bodied, creamy, super smooth.
Overall an exceptional beer! My first from Hop Butcher hopefully won't be my last.

Had this from a can that was canned a week before. The a hazy orangeish color with a small head. The aroma was tropical. Coconut, tangerine, some peach and maybe some vanilla. The taste was tropical and smooth. It was a little sweet but not overly sweet. The mouthfeel was creamy and smooth. Overall this was an awesome beer, I loved the flavor combinations. I really like a lot of Hop Butchers stuff but this one is at the top of the list.

Can dated 1/9/19, "KETCHUP?". Pours hazy yellow orange. Lacing is good. Aroma is sweet, almost vanilla-like. Melon and tangerine. Unique aroma that is pretty nice. Flavor is sweet tropical fruit. Some of their beers finish a bit too sugary sweet for me, but this one does not, although it is on the sweeter side. There's an almost coconut oil-like finish to it that I'm enjoying. Creamy texture. Lingering, drying bitterness. This one is quite good.
*EDIT* Drinking another can a week later and seems to be oxidizing quick. Color is starting to turn gray and the aroma and flavor are fading quick. It's starting to pick up that oxidized NEIPA flavor/aroma (cardboard, in this case). Wish I would have drank the 4 pack quicker. Usually their beers stay fresher for longer in the can. To me, this one did not have staying power, although it tasted great when extremely fresh.
