A draught pour.
Hazy burnt-orange color.
Tangerine & orange citrus, mild pine dominate the flavor.
The high alcohol fermentation taste result is reminiscent of a tequila sunrise, or a vodka screwdriver. A orange baby-aspirin like aftertaste.
I got my sister in law into Hazy IPAs with this beer.

PKG 01/19/2026. Poured into a Samuel Adams Perfect Pint.
A: Hazy gold with 1-finger white frothy head with good retention and multiple thin bands of lacing down the glass.
S: High intensity pineapple, guava, orange, and lime with light herbal onion note
T: Flavor is also highly intense with a lot of fruit including pineapple, orange, white grapefruit, and tangerine with herbal onion and lemongrass notes and steady pale malt backbone with sweet guava finish. Low bitterness. Plenty of alcohol sweetness too.
M: Surprisngly drinkable despite the sweetness with medium-full body, high carbonation, and full finish.
O: HB Blizzard of ‘67 is a delicious and full flavored hazy TIPA. Highly recommended.

When the avalanche finally does come, it won't be from snow or ice, but rather from scores of pre-teens all screaming two sequential number is unison. Hop Butcher tries to meet this flow with Mosaic, El Dorado and Ekuanot hops upon a triple hazy IPA.
Dense with cloudy, opaque and burnish gold hues, Blizzard of 67 comes charging in with a juicy scent of tropical fruit, citrus, stone fruit, berry and herb that radiates from a creamy and stubborn froth. Early sweetness of sugar cookie and cereal lace with vanilla wafer, pastry dough and peps of honey ahead of the hops. That hop blend rolls into an elevated taste of pineapple, mango, passionfruit and papaya with a follow through of tangerine, red grapefruit and lime. Nectarine, apricot and pawpaw all bring a racy acidity with a smooth creaminess to finish. Hint of coconut, currant and even banana all seem to add complexity to an enormous flavor.
Full bodied, creamy and lightly chewy, the IPA brings a flood of flavor with a spicy finish of gin-like botanicals and wrapping up with a surprisingly strong alcohol content. If asked, I would probably just say that is was either six or seven percent.

Second up is the Blizzard of 67. A creamy, rich triple IPA. This is bullseye HB, creating a luxurious IPA that still holds a heavy pine flavor front. Very highly recommended.

poured from a 16oz can into a stemless wine glass. pours a hazy orange with with frothy white head. thick foam collar and a large white swirl remain throughout the duration of the pour. tropical fruit and an intense hop burn on the nose. taste follows with a slightly bitter alcohol bite. full mouthfeel; creamy and fairly smooth for the ABV despite the finish on the taste. nice for the cold winter months.

Hazy straw colored, zero visabilty measured from the runway RVR. Smell is honey, fruit, hops. Taste is mango, papaya, pineapple. Has a nice malt backbone, just the right amount of hop bitterness. The honey gives it a touch of sweetness on the finish. I love it. Better bet than Sure Bet.

Super thick orangey yellow hazy body with a finger of fluffy white foam. Smell is laced with resin and honey, giving way to cantaloupe, mild berries, papaya, and orange. Taste also sees the hops be resinous instead of bitter, the honey again adding to this dynamic, but the fruits are heavier, backed by a hint of booze. Add banana, pineapple and a kiss of mango. Feel is thick, resinous, sludgy, and heavy for style.
