This beer is definitely a lot. Anybody who likes triples should give it a try. It's almost like an alternative fruit punch...lots going on. Orange, cherry, mango, banana, other stone fruit. Interesting. Might be a little much for some though. On the sweeter side.

Looks just like the pineapple, orange and banana juice I drink in the morning, except for the small white head and some lace. Tastes like fruit juice. Sweet, sticky and not much carbonation. The 10.5% abv is well hidden. My 1st beer from Hop Butcher and I suspect it'll be my last. I don't think I ve ever seen anything from Hop Butcher except IPA's.

Pours a hazy orange with a 3F head and moderate lacing.
Smells of slightly dank, metallic grassy, floral hops with some sweet fruit.
Tastes of orange, pineapple and mango with a barely bitter alcohol warm finish.
Medium body with light carbonation. Lightly lush, syrupy mouthfeel.
This is a very strong, way too drinkable, ultra juicy NEIPA.

Drank from a one pint (16 fl oz) can purchased at Gordon’s Fine Wines & Liquors, Watertown, MA
PKG 12/5/22
Served in a tulip
Outstanding appearance. A three-finger tall, super tight and creamy, off-white plume of foam rose above the cloudy, yellow ochre body. The head slowly dropped to lasting swirls of froth. Large, odd-shaped chunks of soapy lacing coated the entire glass and stuck until the drink’s end.
The aroma was impressive. Bright peach and mango notes led things off. Touch of passionfruit too. As the head died down, citrus notes appeared and soon took over. White grapefruit dominated. Both flesh and rind. Juicy melon notes were also detectable. Later, the tropical and stone fruits reappeared. Whiff of booze as well.
The flavor profile was solid but not as interesting or as dynamic as the nose. Fairly sweet up front. Candied orange and pineapple came to mind. More pineapple in the center. Hint of lemon too. White grapefruit appeared as the beer moved along the palate. Touch of booze. The grapefruit became more pithy, bitter and rind-like on the back end and in the finish.
The mouthfeel was creamy and soft but fairly nondescript. Medium bodied for the style. The liquid contained a super fine and mellow effervescence that made the beer feel almost flat.
Triple IPAs have a tendency to be rather sweet and boozy, and this beer waded into this territory. All in all, Beef Trip'd is tasty and enjoyable offering but probably not one that I feel compelled to try again.

Pours ultra hazy, pale gold in color with one inch head. Taste is big starfruit, mango, and peach with grapefruit. Heavy body, moderate carbonation, bitter. Excellent triple upa. Layers ans layers of delicious flavors. Well worth a try. Sticky juice...liking this more as it warms.

Pours a totally opaque dark golden orange topped with a finger and a half of fluffy, dense, white foam; solid head retention leaves slight, chunky islands of cap, a craggy, frothy collar splaying onto the surface and climbing up the glass, and a uniform spattering of soapy, webby/spotty lacing.
Aroma opens with red berries petering out upfront in favor of fresh ruby red grapefruit over the middle; peach nectar take over with a steady backing ofsteady and overripe tropical tones flowing through the close.
Taste brings out a lemony dank quality to start before evolving toward pronounced notes of red grapefruit and syrupy orange into the mid-palate; overripe pineapple is faint on the back end, while red berriea, alongside sweeter, resinous hops, saturate the finish.
Mouthfeel offers a semi-creamy medium body with a low, spritzy carbonation; a pillowy resinous texture develops through the mid-palate as a mild, underlying alcohol presence builds into an even, semi-dry finish with a smooth twang of leveled hop acidity.
An expressive, saturated Simcoe profile invites waves of dank fruits and resinous hops in an attempt to balance out the boozy intensity of the beer as a whole; the end product is a formidably sweet, rough-around-the-edges take on a TIPA, though remains drinkable via an easygoing texture preventing the brunt of the beer's 10.5% ABV from overwhelming entirely.

I initially thought this was their regular DIPA Beef Dipped and passed on buying it again, but then someone gave me this can and I realized it was a new triple version of that beer. I like HB's triples, but I usually have to be in the mood for a 10.5% beer. Given that it's early on a Sunday evening, I figured I had the time. On the nose I don't get a lot other than bitter hops. I'ts a bit of a left down given how amazing most of their beers smell. It looks like most of their IPAs although a little on the dirty dishwater side rather than bright and beautiful. Taste wise though I'm more impressed. I get bubblegum and a blend of citrus sweet and bitter hops. The alcohol is there but less so than other triples I'd say. A pretty good triple and worth getting again if you can handle the alcohol.
