Look: Amazing... turning brown with the yellow head... Excellent protein structures... Excellent head retention
Taste: opens with a little carmel and then alcohol hit's the palate like a scotch whiskey... ( It's hard to believe ABV is only 5.5) The bitterness closes in... just in time and stays in balance!
Feel: feels stronger than the label suggests. There's some rich nuttiness... It's not sweet but has hints of Carmel aroma... And alcohol drives like scotch wisky
Overall: hit's the ESB category... I was looking for a distinctive hop character... Fuggels / Kent but this one was not familiar... I need to do more work in the ESB genre

Aroma is citrus/Cascade hops and mild fruit/dark fruit sweetness. The flavor is fruit, biscuit/slightly earthy malts and a piney/bitter/citrus Cascade hop finish.
