Hopped with Nectaron, Mosaic & HBC-586 (experimental hop alert!), this beer is the liquid result of our brew crew having a blast with our brewery friends over at Humble Sea.

Pours an unfiltered golden straw color with a fluffy white head that provides splotchy lacing on the glass. The nose sings of passion fruit, mango, and ripe berries.
The taste is led by the mango and passion fruit flavors and they really work well together, with the ripe berry flavor at the back of the palate. This is a REALLY refreshing WCIPA.
The mouthfeel is on point for the style, very dry to pull you back in for a sip almost before you finished the previous draw. This is a treat to drink.

16oz can served in a curvy Monhegan pint glass. Packaged 7/10/2024. Bought it at Orange & Brew in Downers Grove IL two nights ago.
Pours a reasonably clear yellow, with a smallish head, tons of carbonation on the pour, fair amount of very fine carbonation at rest. Smell is citrus in the lemon and orange rind direction, something in the melon / bubblegum neighborhood, something in between mango and passionfruit.
Taste is more in the melon / bubblegum / passionfruit arena, strong bitterness somewhere in between grapefruit rind and mango skin.
Mouthfeel is medium bodied and just effervescent enough. Overall, interesting beer and pretty tasty.

Pours a bright yellow, not quite clear but a slight haze only. Nose is fruity and some dank grassy-ness. Taste is ripe fruit, maybe slightly sour like passionfruit. Good mouthfeel, solid carbonation but not excessive. I like this one, I think the nectaron hops shows well here.
