16oz can, dated 06.30.2025, poured into a 16oz tumbler glass. Enjoyed on 07.06.2025, reviewed from Tasting Journal.
The beer pours a super hazy and turbid orange color, golden and yellow amber hues, foamy white head, good retention and lacing. The aroma is bursting with bright citrus, tropical fruits, very floral, some mild green bitterness, fusel alcohol, pale dough, and mineral water. The flavors are similarly boozy, lots of hot fusel alcohol mingles with dank bitterness, weedy and piney, raw green hop spice, tons of citrus juice, tropical punch, light dough. The mouthfeel is good, coating, lively medium body, smooth but with a hot and dry finish.
Verdict: A monster IPA from Hop Butcher. The flavors are just big and bold and juicy enough to withstand the booziness, but this beer is very aggressive, in a good way.

Wow, the ABV is Heiden on this one. Didn't realize it was 10.5% until afterwards.
Fluffy white head caps a slightly pulp swirl. Great retention with slight layered lacing.
Nose and flavor pops with a citrus cream note drifting over the tropical melange of mango, peach, and limey grass. The malt comes through as a creamy, biscuity flavor/texture. Finish is warmly herbal.
