straight juice! this is highly fruity, as intense as any of the beers in this series, i think its cool how different they all have been and how the different fruits are so robust. the blackberry in this is brilliant, very natural but as jam packed in here as can be, purple pink in color, looks almost neon, still enough sourness that it cuts the sweetness of the fruit, and i think the black currant helps that a lot too, astringent and tart, a smart mix of fruits here for sure, and one of the more compelling blends of shadow factory so far overall. its like a kids drink or something, hardly beer at all except for the familiar bacterial acidity. the combination of jammy blackberries and piquant currants is brilliant here, both are vibrant in this and it comes together as well as any of them. a little thick to drink on, surprisingly so, especially for this low abv, its heavy and weighty and big feeling, uncommon for sure. a bit sweet too, and i couldnt drink a ton of this, but its really different and good. i know this isnt the series of beer that is making these guys famous, but its fun stuff to enjoy in the taproom. ill keep looking forward to how this evolves with other fruits!

On tap at the brewery, nice purple-pink appearance. Aroma is quite strange, possibly the wheat but it was interesting. Same with the flavor. It wasn't a great beer but it did make me pay attention to it.
