another second use fruit wild beer from these guys, a concept i am really digging and the beers it has yielded so far in here have been awesome. this one uses multiple fruits, guava and apricot for sure, some berry too i think i remember hearing, although the berry aspect in here is minimal compared to the guava and the apricot, which sweeten this up quite a bit and give summery sunny tropical vibes to it, definitely flattering to the acidity in the base beer, way more so than some of the others i have had, i like the juicy sweet fruits working together here. guava is pretty pungent in the nose, i also get orange and peach and white grape here, there is definitely some fruit essence coming from their yeast mix, and it works so well with the fruits actually in the beer. i dont get a ton of wood from this one, and its quite sour, so maybe a little fresher and brighter than some, for me it could use a little funky and woody maturity to round it out, but i think its nice for spring and a cool mix of fruits that dont often end up together, especially in beer!

We love reviews (150 characters or more)! Check out: How to Review a Beer. You don't need to get fancy. Drop some thoughts on the beer's attributes (look, smell, taste, feel) plus your overall impression. Something that backs up your rating and helps others. Thanks!
