Appearance: Arrives a murky honey color with a modest head that leaves a strand here and there
Smell: Lactic nectarine, pear, coffee and a hint of brown sugar
Taste: Lactic stone fruit with pear and brown sugar tones developing; the coffee emerges, through the middle and blends with the sour fruit into the finish; moderate acidity
Mouthfeel: Medium body with moderate carbonation; prickly
Overall: The coffee addition here is incredibly creative and blends very well with the fruit tones
