L:. Pours a clear orange red with a small fizzy white head and no lacing on the glass.
S:. Tart cherry, slight sour, an edge of funky Brett underneath.
T:. Tart cherry, very light sour, and edge of funky Brett.

O:. This is a fine sour, I'm just a little more partial to sweet cherry rather than sour cherry.
