Appearance: Pours an apricot color with a thin head that fades to a ringlet; splashy lacing

Smell: Massive funk complements the rustic cherry tones

Taste: Funky and fruity, with a very rustic cherry flavor; stinky cheese finish but moderately tart

Mouthfeel: Medium body with low to moderate carbonation

Overall: An interesting and funky beer with a cheesy character

L:. Pours a clear orange red with a small fizzy white head and no lacing on the glass.

S:. Tart cherry, slight sour, an edge of funky Brett underneath.

T:. Tart cherry, very light sour, and edge of funky Brett.

F:. Light body, fizzy higher carbonation.

O:. This is a fine sour, I'm just a little more partial to sweet cherry rather than sour cherry.
