Appearance: Arrives a pink lemonade color with a modest head that leaves just a few spots behind

Smell: A wide range of fruit, with mango, peach, red and black raspberry and passionfruit; funky, with an oak element

Taste: Passionfruit forward with the funk and berry tones emerging; hints of mango and and peach; oak and funk, through the middle, with a dry finish the is flavored with residual fruit

Mouthfeel: Medium body with moderate to high carbonation

Overall: Interesting blend of fruit flavors with a nice funky element

another really tasty second use fruit beer, this one has elements of cherry, white grape, peach, apricot, and navel orange to me, both in aroma and flavor, not as messy as some of the others have been, less kitchen sinky, more of an identity, i really like it. its a little still, the head fades fast, which makes the sourness stand out a little more, this has a lot of pucker to it, but the fruit has some nice middle sweetness and i find a honey note in the golden sour base, even a vanilla note in the wood too, its well rounded, and orange zest, peach juice, and white wine all come out the most in the flavor, some cherry tang with the bacterial element as well, not much funk to it, but a cleanness to finish. a little sharp, but really flavorful, less muddled than some have been which i appreciate, and very summery in its energy. i thought this was solid, extended wood ageing and a brett dryness would be awesome, more carbonation too, but i like it a lot, clearly this fruit still had a lot to give. one of their better recent taproom beers...
