Presentation: 16 oz. can with the canning date printed on the bottom, served in a Rastal Harmony tumbler.
Appearance: The one and a half finger head goes away fairly quickly and leaves behind a thick foam layer that stays until the end and a lot of lacing that covers the entire glass. It's a beautiful, murky, pale yellow color.
Smell: There's a strong herbal scent of mint and cilantro, followed by some fruity notes of lemon and grapefruit peels. It finishes with earthy aromas of oats and wheat.
Taste: There's some fruitiness as it hits the palate of oranges, tangerines, lemon and pineapple but then it transitions towards oatmeal and whole milk. There's an earthy, herbal , ever so slightly bitter note in the aftertaste.
Mouthfeel: It's soft, pillowy, creamy and medium bodied but still very refreshing with medium carbonation.
Overall: A very well made and interesting beer that has a lot of complex and rich flavors and an extremely smooth texture.
