Appearance: Arrives cloudy and golden colored with a one finger head; good retention and shards of lace
Smell: Sour wheat tones dominate with the strawberry and just a hint of basil
Taste: Sour wheat forward with the strawberry and basil discernible, underneath; the sour wheat dominates though and returns to linger in the finish
Mouthfeel: Light to medium body with high carbonation
Overall: A bit over-carbonated and somewhat under-fruited; not among the better beers I have tasted from this brewery
