Foggy pastel red with an instantly fizzling out head revealing some chunky, soggy tomato soup-like cracker bit floaters.
The funky sourness has contrasting notes of brett and cheesy lactic acid. It's almost got a cheesecake and pie crust characteristic to it. The herbal, seedy wild strawberry notes are mild in the middle, accented by effervescent lemon zest as the medium-light body comes to a cotton dry finish.
The lactic funk really dominates, bringing with it an excessively cheesy exhale.
