Murky peachy gold with no head. Slightly acidic peach and soured wheat lead the cinnamon and cooling vanilla in both smell and taste. A summery bright version of this ale, not as sweeter either which allows the peach to shine more. Get some occasional apricot and golden raisin supporting elements in taste, also some orange tootsie roll. Good playful levels of acidity and sour, stays medium-light in the body. People are going to kill this for not being a peach cobbler pastry sour, I actually find the fruit leaning palate quite refreshing

While a tasty and refreshing sour, I found myself wanting more. The tartness and fruit come through pretty strong and the cinnamon and vanilla get somewhat lost in the mix. Had I not known what was in the beer, I wouldnt have noticed and wouldve found it to be a pretty good peach sour but I did know so I was a little underwhelmed. Maybe thats my fault for setting high expectations. It doesnt necessarily taste like peach cobbler but its a good sour.

Opaque golden orange With short-lived half finger head. No lacing, very slick in the glass and on the palette. Tangy and dry, a nice cinnamon note lays on top, tart peach and little vanilla taste. A nice buzz from this one, yeasty fizz and decent carbonation. Slight sulfuric scent at first opening, perhaps from the 3/20/2020 canning (though this doesn’t seem like one to spoil too quickly), Lost it after warming to open up with a straight sour yeast. You can feel it in your nostrils. Overall a nice sour, nothing noteworthy but wouldn’t turn down another, especially on a nice warm day.
