A - Pours a clear gold with a large fizzy white head. The head fades fast leaving some light soapy lacing.
S - Aroma is funky yeast, black currants and white wine vinegar.
T - The taste is black currant, pomegranate, lemon, green apple and a big lactic kick in the finish.
M - Light body with medium carbonation. Soft mouthfeel with a crisp dry finish.
O - Pretty solid.
