L:. Pours a hazy pale straw yellow with a small white head that leaves no lacing on the glass.

S:. Quite sour with nice notes of lime and a light chile, it's there but no overwhelming.

T:. Quite sour, with a note of mango and pineapple, a nice zesty lime follows, and finally a light heat from the chili pepper and hints of wheat, makes for a unique sour and quote a nice beer, just a bit of a slow drinker

F:. Smooth carb with a medium body.

O:. This is a very unique wheat sour beer.

Can from Uptown Market.

A mostly clear straw yellow with a dense white head that falls off rapidly, this looks solid. The nose is interesting. Raw, grainy wheat along with lime and mango , though there's a definite funky, lactic undercurrent present. Spicy and bright chili is also noticeable here. Mild vinous notes. Punchy, mildly cumin like as well. The palate opens bright and clean, with lime giving way to a solidly warming chili pepper note, clean, mildly floral and definitely hot. No vegetal notes (yay!). Mango lends a mild tropical sweetness to the whole blend. Behind all this, wheat is definitely noticeable, and makes me wonder if this is aiming to be an American interpretation of a Berliner weisse (and no, not a Floridaweisse). A touch of sulfur is present in the back end. Light in body and crisply carbonated, this is Intriguing and fun to drink, though the chili angle is a little overpowering, hindering drinkability. On second thoughts , I wonder if this is an Americanized interpretation of the stellar Fatali Four
