Straw colored and somewhat hazy with a quickly gone white head, this beer looks decent. Mostly that standard sour nose with some wizzy fruit behind, not my favorite. The flavor has a sweet tart fruity finish, pretty good in this area although the fruit selection for me doesn’t really compliment this beer. Good thinner actively carbonated brew. I’m torn with this beer, certainly has some decent qualities.

A lightly hazy pale golden beverage, sports little to no head.
The nose is tart, lightly sweet, and has strong minerality. there is a hint of plum, but I'm not sure I would have pinged on it if it weren't on the can.
Taste is tart with that strong mineral note in good balance. There is a sour green plum skin flavor strongly active in the middle and there are some modern hoppy notes evident on the tail end.
Mouthfeel is crisp and soft.
Overall this is a very nice beer. An excellent level of balance and nuance. Much more restrained than most american takes on these styles. I'd gladly try anything else that I come across from this brewer.
