A 473ml can, canned on 20th July 2021, poured into a winebar glass.
Appearance: A cloudy deep red colour with a slight purple hue, and a one finger purplish head that dissipated almost immediately and left no lacing.
Aroma: Slightly tart, raspberry, cherry, with notes of lemon.
Taste: Sour, tart, lemon zest, lemon juice, balanced with raspberry and cherry.
Mouthfeel: Medium bodied with moderate carbonation.
Overall: It’s refreshing, aroma is great and flavours are solid, but it’s not complex and a bit one dimensional.

Just added this beer from 2019 to the database. I'll go ahead and review it too bc I'm not a total scumbag.
Pours an orange color. This is a wild ale with cherries and raspberry, so the orange color makes sense. Very smallish head, retained just a film, you know that 1/50" level. The aroma hit the cherries and raspberries, seemingly more cherry than raspberry to the nose.
Taste, I dunno, this reminds me of Sans Pagie, but a version with raspberries added. So, I really like Sans Pagie, but it has to be up there in the discussion when you talk about the most sour beer of all time. This was pronounced, but not in that realm. The raspberries always have a nice drying effect on the back end of the mouth feel, and it did that trick here. The cherries were definitely not the dark variety.
I thought this was pretty good. Black Project is a bit pricey and hard to find, so you might be better off buying that more accessible super sour one I was talking about for half the price of this.
