Fairly foggy burnt maize with a bubbly, fairly retaining white head.
The nose is almost peachy, countered by toasty oak, almost translating orchardy overall.
Taste is nicely tart with a salivating sort of vibration to it before a powder dry finish.
Complex, it has a hard to pinpoint woody character.
Actually enjoyed 6/28/2025, but finally added just now that we can do so for closed breweries, huzzah!
