"Hefe" means yeast, "wiezen" means wheat. The German Hefewiezen yeast we use produces a banana and clove nose which blends admirably with the blueberry infusion.

L - Medium yellow. Hazy. Medium tall, white head with good persistence.
S - Blueberries dominate, with banana and clove also present. Sweet. Smells like a blueberry candy.
T - More balance here between the blueberries and the weiss flavors. Still on the sweet side, but not excessively so. Blueberries, sweet grain, spice.
F - Medium.
O - Sweet, but refreshing beer with nice fruit flavors.
