May 5th is Cinco de Mayo, a perfect time for our first Mexican-style lager.
Brewed with Pilsner, corn taco shells, and gently hopped with Czech Saaz. We then underwent an extended lagering period resulting in a clean aroma with faint corn followed by a crisp, dry finish.
