Look - poured into an IPA glass. Lemon yellow in color, hazy, with a generous 3+ finger head that is largely retained. Beer was canned 10/15/19, slightly less than a month ago.
Smell - Pine resin, grass, with a fair bit of sweetness. Complex and quite interesting.
Taste - pine like hoppiness hits the palate first, followed by the the sweetness detected in the smell, rounded out by a malty finish. the hops linger for quite some time.
Feel - medium bodied, below average carbonation, and a pretty heavy hitter at 8.5%, though very easy drinking.
Overall - a fragrant and easy to drink hazy DIPA that is characterized by a balance of sweet and bitter flavors.
