Drinking this at The Lazy Hiker Brewing Company in beautiful downtown Sylva North Carolina with The Red Headed Lady of Snowbird Mountains Brewery fame.
Needmore is a community near the Nantahala Gorge about 25 miles from here.
Poured from a tap into a pint glass.
Looks golden yellow with a nice white foamy head that dropped quickly to a thin cap.
Smells lightly biscuity, barnyard, hay, and lemon.
Taste follows the nose nicely.
Mouth feel is medium light and very refreshing.
Overall a very nice example of a Belgian Wit that I would definitely order again.
