On tap at riip.
Not the prettiest girl in the place, but it isn’t head with light retention. Very light lacing.
Nose hat, a little bit of pine resin and citrus zest. But she’s is a little shy.
Flavor comes through a little more assertively, orange rind, and hint tangerine start off, but pine resin immediately comes in. So yeah, she’s a little dank.
Decent carbonation but slightly thinner then should be.

Pours a clear yellow amber with plenty of foam in the Duvel tulip. Strong aroma of citrus and resins. Lemony taste with a big dose of honeydew melon. Then quite bitter and woody in the finish. Surprising grapefruit aftertaste that goes on and on into something still fruity but very peculiar, like varnish.
Yet another variation on the Citra and Mosaic theme. Each sip starts out so well but it's hard to take that odd finish. Biker Bob will have a couple of these tucked into his leather codpiece, I suspect. From the 16 oz can purchased at O'Shea's. Dated 12/29/22.

Sweet tropical hoppiness on the aromatics. Taste follows with a well balanced bitter hoppiness that lingers a momentum the palate...bitterness is subdued and it hides alcohol well for 9% ABV!
Updating rating from 12/27/2022 Batch! Sweet tropical hoppy, orange citrus, and piney, Mosaic-dank nose on this one! Taste follows with a smooth and balanced, sweet tropical hoppy, and subtle citrus piney bitter finish. Really easy-drinking for the 8.5% ABV! Really well-done...very clean and delicious!
