Bold leadership comes from bold flavor. Hazard Herb is here to send a message and promises to deliver a top tier experience above and beyond his days of just riip'n greens. A surplus of hops deliver a tropical and danky goodness that smacks your pallet. Nelson, Nelson Cryo, Mosaic, Mosaic Cryo, Citra, Citra Cryo, Columbus Cryo, and Nelson Hop Kief boost the aromatics above and beyond for drinkers looking for a brighter smelling future. The journey for Herb on the hop campaign trail comes to fruition in a way that brings all beer drinkers together! An IPA of the people, by the people and for the people - brewing a better future, one hop at a time!

Staw in hue. A decent sized white fluff grows and slowly subsides and leaves a thin head. Less retention than hoped for but a little bit of sticky lacing still survives.
Nose pops with a blend of citrus zest, some pine resin, and then the Nelson chimes in with hints of grape and a generally tropical leaning.
Flavor begins with the pine resin. It really asserts right off the bat. Then the tropical comes in and leaves a just little room for some bright white wine grape and some juniper notes. A mild, tropical bitter closes it out.
Mouthfeel is a tad light with moderate carb.

Piney tropical hoppy, slightly malty, a faint hint of Nelson, and an overripe orange citrus nose on this one! Taste follows with a clean, piney hoppy bitter finish. I was expecting a little more with this fantastic hop profile...especially with the aromatics. It was a little better on the palate, but the piney bitterness was the only thing that really showed up...not the hoped for dankness and nuances of each hop, unfortunately. Pretty good...
