Poured from a 22 oz bottle into a 22oz pilsner glass. Deep golden color, with a bit of haze. Nice thick head which stands a full inch above the top of the glass. The smell is bready at first, but hintst of citrus and apple emerge, with lime finally dominating.

The mouth feel is a medium body. Hops are the dominant flavor, but a malt toastiness is present. The alcohol is not so high as to stand out in the taste profile, but it's playing its part. I'm please that there is no cooked veg flavor that some wet hopped beer has.

I left a few ounces in the glass when I switched to wine with dinner. When cleaning up the kitchen, I was surprised to note that there was still a good half inch of foamy head in the glass, and beautiful lacing all down the glass. This is a pretty damn good beer, and a lager for ale drinkers.

Owens valley harvest
22 oz

A- pour into mammoth brewing pint glass produces a 2-1/2 finger white head reding on a light golden body. Good head retention and good lacing, especially compared to most lagers.  4.5

S- smells like a dry champagne, kind of. Some apple, green grape, slightly bitter hops, yeast. Smells pretty good 4

T- similar to the smell, almost like Brut champagne at first, coming into some dank tasting hops and a grainy and yeasty finish. Hints of apple, pine, green grape as well. Nicely done 4

M- nice crisp mouthfeel. 4

O- an excellent lager that I was very pleased with. Very good drinkability. 4

22oz bottle from the source, made with wet Cascade hops from the Glass mountains.

Pours clear gold with an inch-plus head of rocky white. A partial skim coat for the duration along with plenty of tattered sheets of lacing.

Aromtics lead off with leafy, piney hops and crackery malt. Shades of tangerine and mango follow through along with proofing dough and a hint of sulphur-spritzed corn cereal.

Medium bodied with a crisp but slightly resinous mouthfeel.

Ripe, biscuity malt and light grapefruit start the palate. Traces of pine and a medium bitterness follow through.

Finishes with some lingering bitterness and leafy, greenish hops.

Tasty brew, but the hops are certainly subdued for a "harvest imperial pale lager" that likens itself to an IPA on the label.
Certaily clean enough for a lager and the malt is nice too, just more hops please.
