The smell is lightly hoppy and mildy fruity. The taste is smooth at the start and finishes tart and sour and lingers. Definitely not my preferred style but still quite drinkable.

 

 

Growler fill poured into Magnify Brewing chalice glass. Pours a bright yellow with a small white head. Smell is full of tart notes and the tongue follows the nose. Very well carbonated with a dry finish that leaves behind its tartness on the tongue leaving you with a craving for more. Very refreshing summer beer.

 

 

 

Ok, so they just released this Berliner today at the brewery. Very cool beer. Pours very light, pale. Smells of tart citrus fruit. Tastes tart at first, but they dry hopped it and the citrus hops come through on the back end, mellowing out the tartness a little. In the end, the hops rein in the tartness, an effect I enjoy. It's almost like a Berliner IPA. Another new style!
