Bought this a while ago over at Magnify and finally got around to it tonight, having never had this before. I like the Low Vis a lot as a "go-to" beer but this was not much of an improvement over it and as other have pointed out on here, this was just too malty for me. It was even hard to tell that this would double dry hopped as that aspect of this only came out faintly in the aftertaste.
As for the appearance, this beer was a hazy melon with plenty of head full of big bubbles. A good amount of thick lacing was left behind once I worked my way through this but most of it was on the top portion of my pint glass. Orange, melon, and malt was in the nose with more of those in the taste, though the fruit flavors could have been stronger. The mouthfeel was buttery, to the point where I felt like there was some squash in there too. There was a hint of sweetness and nectar in this too as this felt quite full due to the taste of bread from the malt. Once the liquid went down, then I could feel the dry-hoppiness briefly kick in. It was a bit acrid but then slowly retreated as a bit of earthy funk overtook it. The carbonation was good, which kept this from feeling too heavy throughout my drinking session.
This was one of those rare beers that tasted stronger than it felt and I supposed it would be possible to have another in a sitting. While not bad, I expect something that's been brewed in this manner to be significantly better than the original. It's fine by itself but certainly not the best that Magnify is capable of producing.

looks like peachy blonde bile water. smells pretty nice, tones of fruit and hop, but somewhat drowned out by the malt smell I think. tastes bombastic. hops right up front. hops in the middle. hops at the end. those typical yet delicious pacific hop tastes but not bitter. feels like a thick Samoan woman- juicy, full, bubbly. yum. will hunt this out if I'm ever in the NJ area.
"whoo ah"

ps- probably should say that it also smells like a thick Samoan woman too.

Low Visibility has become one of my favorite beers. I don't really think this version has benefited too much from the extra dry hopping. Its full of flavor and delicious like regular Low Vis but I get a bit of butteriness. I expected more mango and herbal flavors from all the Mosaic.

16 oz can poured into a nonic.
Pours a very cloudy yellow color with a finger of foam. Aroma is super juicy, with lots of sweet citrus, tropical fruits, and candied ginger. First sip is a rush of sweet hop flavor. I get notes of cotton candy, pineapple, and a moderately bitter finish. This beer is chock full of flavor, and despite the sweetness it is crazy drinkable and leaves you craving another sip. A phenomenal beer.

Pours a hazy orange color with two inches of fluff off white head and moderate to high carbonation evident. Tropical fruits, bready malts, citrus hops, fruity malts. Overall decent tropical fruits but maltier than I'd like for a pale ale.

This is the third variation of Low Vis I've had (the original, plus Extreme Low Vis). This has a lot more flavor due to the dry hoping, and you get lots of tropical notes on the nose as soon as you crack this baby open. Great taste with a nice bitterness. Another fantastic Magnify beer!

Poured into a Magnify Teku Glass
A truly outstanding New England Style American Pale Ale!
Double Dry hopping with Mossaic brings this beer to a whole new level!
Look: Straight up orange juice in a glass. Just glows in the glass given the right light. Super hazy and bright orange in color. Truly looks like a New England style beer.
Smell: Outstanding!, Mangoes, Peaches, Pineapple, Citrus, Dankness, herbs, grassy. Just a tropical fruit Bomb!
Taste: Surprisingly more bitter than expected but still really, really juicy and tons of complex hop flavor going on matching the nose almost perfectly.
This beer is a gem of beers. This is one of the beers Im proud to represent and I am so glad its made right here in my home town. Thank you Magnify for making this awesome beer! Cheers!
