Thank you thebeers for this
16 oz can poured into a teku

A- A hazy golden copper with a two finger white head.

S- Dank, citrus, touch of caramel malts, earthy, herbal.

T- Citrus, touch of tropical fruits, some sweet malts, dank, earthy, herbal.

M- Smooth, medium body.

O- A really nice Simcoe DIPA, easy to drink and really held up well for being over months old, but I feel it would have been even better fresher. Just wish I drank it sooner!

Canned 7/31/18 (24 days ago)

L - 3-finger offwhite head atop an orange juice body.

S - cotton candy, melon, herb, orange.

T - cotton candy and honey-coated orange slices. Melon, dirt, cheese, cabbage, sour lime. Moderate-low bitterness, moderate sweetness, low booziness.

F - medium body and carb.

O - quite a melange of flavors they induced to emerge from just simcoe hops. Some of them I like, some of them not so much.

Cloudy, vibrant dark orange with a large near-white head. Moderate lacing.

Creamy orange and pineapple in the nose, with a little spicy, almost smokey herbalness.

Pine, honey, orange, pineapple and cream all show in the taste with a nice strong bitterness and some herb on the back end.

Very creamy feel with a little pepperiness.

Nice hybrid here. Has the NE look and feel with a strong simcoe profile.

Reviewed on release night. Poured from 16 oz. can into Magnify tulip glass. It pours an opaque tangerine color with more than a finger of fluffy, bright white head that slowly dissipated and lacing that lasted through the pour. It's an attractive pour. It features the fragrant smells of lemon, peach, tropical fruit, light pine, and floral hops. The lemon really comes through in the taste, along with sweet fruit and hints of lactose and cracker. The Simcoe hops are evident and flavorful but not overly bitter. The finish is dry with a touch of pepper but is not astringent. This ale is moderate in body with lively carbonation, and the 8% ABV gives it a nice pop. Overall, it's flavorful and fun to drink. I was looking forward to a new hop version of the Rock Me Dr. series and, while I still prefer the Mosaic variant, this one's awfully good!
