Class Sick is an 8% double dry-hopped imperial IPA. We double dry-hopped this beer with mountains of a Class Sick combo from the other side of the world - Nelson Sauvin, Galaxy and Enigma.

Reviewed the week after release. Poured from 16 oz. can into Magnify tulip glass. It pours a nearly opaque honey-tangerine color with nearly a finger of long-lasting, fluffy, bright white head and a creamy film of lacing inside the glass. There's lots of fruit on the nose: lemon, tangerine, pineapple, light pine, and fragrant hops. The taste is more bitter up front than I anticipated. The fruit taste is largely lemon and grapefruit, along with dank resinous pine. The Nelson Sauvin, Galaxy, and Enigma hops are flavorful but pack a bite that's not offset by oats or lactose. This ale is pleasantly carbonated and the 8% ABV gives it a nice kick without overpowering. Overall, it's nicely done but not quite at the level of Magnify's best work.
