L- Pours jet black......no light passing through....small mocha ring around the edge....no head or lacing to speak of
S-Cinnamon, chilis, booze and Barrell, dark chocolate, vanilla
T-Follows the nose.....dark chocolates, wood and booze, cinnamon and some throat burn from the chili's, .,some lingering sweetness in the aftertaste..... interesting balance between sweet and heat
F- Thick and viscous, creamy....low carb
O- As advertised.....lots of cinnamon and chili which dominate the palate....chocolate, vanilla, bourbon/ barrel are noticeable but play second fiddle......

Light carbonation with an above average body with a slight oily feel.
Aroma is chilli peppers, green peppers, vanilla, followed by chocolate and mocha
Taste. Is peppers upfront followed by milk chocolate and vanilla. The chili peppers and heat shows up in the finish and intensifies.
Flavorful, lots of heat which could work for some but might be too much for others

Reviewed four days after bottle release. Poured into a Magnify tulip glass. It pours a dark walnut - approaching black. Them medium mocha-colored head dissipated almost instantly leaving no lacing. While this is to be expected given the alcohol level, it's always disappointing. The nose is aromatic with rich chocolate, freshly-brewed coffee, cinnamon, peppers, and subtle but noticeable bourbon barrel. The chili pepper is front and center in the taste. It opens with just the flavor but the heat really comes through at mid-palate. Beneath it is the rich chocolate, coffee, and cinnamon. While you can taste the bourbon it's also masked by the chili peppers. The mouth feel is creamy but not as viscous as some of Magnify's other big Stouts. What is impressive is how subtle and lite it is for 15.1% ABV. Overall, Do I Know You is highly flavorful but the chili peppers are a bit overwhelming. I'm anxious to see whether it mellows and I'll wait a few weeks before opening my next bottle.
