Served in a nearly full clear pint glass after being drawn from a tap. It's bright and nearly translucent, with a color that's close to golden-amber. There's almost no off-white head, as that's the way we pour draft beers in Philadelphia. Its aroma isn't pronounced, but what's there is standard Pilsner. There's a very mild hoppiness carried by a biscuity malt. To taste, there's some full flavors up front, with a modest Pilsner hop bite. But that recedes rather quickly and by the finish, there's more malt and yeast. The ending just isn't as clean and crisp as an ideal Pils. Despite its supple body, there's almost no glass lacing. Overall, it's better than its flaws and a pleasant, but not outstanding Pilsner.

Poured into a wide mouth, grip shaped goblet: color is straw gold, slight chill haze, head is off white with fine bubbles and presents one finger thick, lacing on the glass sides.
Smell is biscuit and light cracker, more with warmth.
Taste is more biscuit and cracker, some honey sweetness, crisp hops with floral and herbal notes.
Mouthfeel is moderate carbonation, low/moderate sweetness, lower bitterness, crisp lingering finish.
Overall a crisp yet malt forward pilsner style - very drinkable and just enough carbonic and bitter bite.

Canned on: ?????
A - Slightly hazy light medium gold color with vibrant carbonation and moderately dense white lacing.
S - Crisp, honey biscuity malt with a slight bit of earthiness.
T - Light biscuity honey malt with light citrus and a touch of floral, finishes fairly clean as well.
M - Medium body with prickly carbonation.
O - Goes down fast and hits the spot. May be going back for more of this one, perfect on a hot, sunny day!

Light orange/gold appearance
Around medium carbonation with a close to average body but added up to a nice crisp feel.
Aroma is malt, buckwheat honey, grain, bread with just a bit of floral citrus
Taste has a very slight sweetness but that works well for this. Slight bitter finish with citrus showing up more in the taste than it was in the aroma
Overall a very fleshing enjoyable beer
