This collaboration beer is brewed with Martell’s Tiki Bar, a NJ staple! We brewed a light pilsner base beer before conditioning it on orange and mango. Think of this beer kind of like our take on a shandy.

Magnify Brewing Co. "Martell's Tiki Bar Fresh Squeezed Pilsner"
16 fl. oz. can without production codes or freshness dating
$5.00 @ Cherry Hill Wine, Liquor & Beer, Cherry Hill, NJ
Notes via stream of consciousness: This is a Pilsner at 5.0% ABV brewed with orange and mango. It's poured a hazy golden body beneath a short head of white foam. The aroma smells like orange, or at least citrus, rather than "beer". There's a little bit of a malt component but it's mainly fruit. On to the taste... that idea follows but there's much more mango to it than orange. It's like mango juice with some orange added in. As before there is some malt there but I'm not finding any hops, and that's OK. It's sweet but not too sweet, although it's not exactly dry in the finish either. I'm not finding any bitterness but there is some acidity to it which helps to balance the sweetness. Oddly, the carbonation is limited, and having more CO2 would have added even more balancing acidity. In the mouth it's medium bodied and gently crisp. All in all it's a decent enough shandy with a real fruit character although it remains a bit sweet.
