L:. Pours a dark Amber red with hints of orange and a creamy foamy white head and thick lacing around the glass.
S:. Toasted bread, sweet caramel, a touch of butterscotch, a strong floral hop.
T:. Toasted baked bread, sweet caramel, a bit of butterscotch, chamomile tea, a piney bitterness and floral. Beer is a little hoppier than I prefer for the style.
F:. Good carbonation, medium body.
O:. This beer is a little hoppier than I want for an ESB.

Listed this as on draft, but actually just brought this back from the brewery 30 mins ago, in a 22oz bottle that was pull from the barrel, so I figured that was basically the same thing. Poured into a Midnight Sun cervoise, the ESB is a hazy golden amber with a tall, thick creamy eggshell head, which sticks around for a while, leaving light, scattered lace.
The aroma is moderate, bready and slighty toasted malt, maybe EKG hops, a very nice spice to them. As it warms, the malt gets nice and sweet.
The taste is also toasted malt and bready, with fresh hay and nice english hops flavors as well as a moderately bitter finish. There's some heat to the booze there as well, but it doesn't overwhelm, and reminds you to savor this fairly tasty brew.
The mouthfeel is fine, medium bodied and light carbonation.
The drinkablity is moderate. This is pretty good, more IPAish then ESB in my mind, nothing exceptional, but enjoyable.
