12 oz can poured into a snifter. Pours a somewhat hazy pale yellow/orange. Aroma and flavor feature slightly tart wheat with a hint of citrus/orange. It's a tasty, easy to drink beer without much complexity.

Near clear pale gold appearance with an initially large white head that faded quickly. Modestly sweet malt aroma with notes of orange and/or tangerine. Tart taste, still some sweetness. While the hops are muted, there is still a spicy aspect that they bring to the table, Dry, moderately carbonated, medium bodied mouthfeel.

Had a 4.5 ounce sampler at the Manor Hill brewery. Pale yellow, opague, tart and sweet aroma, flavor follows but stronger than smell. Very clean finish, lovely little saison.

My first sour beer, purchased a 32 oz growler at Shawan liquors in Baltimore. Cloudy gold appearance, fruity light sourness something like a strong tart hard cider. Refreshing and mild when ice cold then very sour as it warms. Light, clean, kumbucha like mouth feel. Would make a great beach beer. Will be getting my 64oz filled while supplies last. Can't beat a sassion for $10 growlers. Not a typical sassion, more a farm house ale. Little or no spice note.
