Had on tap. Cloudy dark red with purple influences, pink tinted white foam head. Now I will admit off the bat I had this on a brutally hot day, and to me it really hit the spot. Is it a complex masterpiece? By no means! But grisettes find their beauty in delicate simplicity. The smell was plum and sour oak, forgettable. But the taste had a great yeast complexion with sour plum, hints of red grape, and a hint of floral hay. Feel was a little thin but the souring covered for it, not sweet which is appreciated, and the ending was decently crisp given the dark fruit.
