Brewed in the spirit of traditional Belgian farmhouse ales, this Saison pours a hazy pale gold with a soft, pillowy head. Expressive fermentation leads the way, offering layers of subtle fruit, light spice, and a gentle rustic character. Notes of white grape, stone fruit, and a touch of citrus drift into a dry, peppery finish that invites another sip.

I don’t drink saisons as often as I used to. Probably because they are less favored than just ten years ago.
I thought this was a nice US brewery attempt at the style. Very drinkable. Reasonable ABV. Some funk and spice but not enough horse blanket/cat piss. Lacing was good.
